Course Open with Carts
The golf course is still very wet. My rule of thumb for letting carts out is if i can mow fairways it is ok for carts. It is unlikely i can mow fairways today.
I am looking the other way today. Please be careful and avoid obvious areas of standing water.
I feel that this weather pattern is finally starting to lose some energy and i expect that we will have some high pressure with low humidity sweeping across our property.
It has come to my attention that if you follow by email you receive the post 24 hours after i have posted. Knowing that i will post a day or two in advance of some of our disruptive fall cultural practices such as verticutting greens, aerating fairways, ect.
We have a few days of sunny weather. Hope to see you out in the fairways!
