Greens thatch removal 9/12-9/13

In light of the two scheduled golf outings in the next 10 days I have chosen a less aggressive method of thatch removal.  We will lightly verticut in two directions and apply a light application of sand.  I expect by Friday they will be rolling really well.

We will close the greens while we are working on them so a temporary pin will be placed in the approach.  Once we are finished working on the green we will open it up for play.
