March Madness
This is one of my favorite times of the year. The days are getting a little warmer(in theory) and longer, St Patty's Day, and of course NCAA Men's basketball. The crew and I are back on the property but the weather is not cooperating.
Mother Nature is applying a full court press. Its been in the single digits the last two mornings and the last 3 weeks we have experienced below average temperatures. I am fairly confident that "spring" can break down this full court press and get an easy lay up on the other end. I am hopeful as you are... that this is old mans winter last gasp and we will see a moderating trend starting next week.
The golf course will be in great shape once all the snow burns off. We removed snow off some of the greens to expedite ice melt. The greens looks good and nothing out of the ordinary to report. Its hard to say when we might be open. We are easily two weeks behind a "normal" year.
Think Spring!
