Greens Aeration 5/7-5/8
Greens aeration is scheduled for this Monday and Tuesday. We will place temporary pins in front of the greens. We will aerate 5,6,1,4 and the practice green on Monday. We will finish the remaining greens on Tuesday.
The elm tree is scheduled for removal. The exact date hasn’t been confirmed but I hope that it will be removed within the next two weeks. Yesterday morning the main leader gave away.
Thankfully it happened in the middle of the night. Until the elm is removed please observe the rope and carts sign directing you to the right and around the second tees.
The maintenance team has been very busy as we have had a very compressed spring. We completed bunker projects, cart path improvements, and our normal spring opening procedures all while not being fully staffed. I expect to be fully staffed in two weeks and on a routine maintenance schedule.
Course condition are a little over par right now. It was a very tough month of April but we will start grinding away and getting back to even on the scorecard. See you out in the fairways!
